Lemon date pickle

Lemon Date Pickle is a delicious Kerala-style condiment that blends the tanginess of lemon with the natural sweetness of dates. It is made using fresh lemons from the Lemon tree and soft, ripe dates, creating a perfect balance of flavors.

The preparation involves cutting lemons into small pieces and mixing them with chopped dates, chili powder, turmeric, salt, and spices.
