Prepared using a classic home-style method, the lemons are marinated with red chilli powder, mustard seeds, fenugreek, turmeric, and salt, then slow-matured in pure oil to develop a rich, tangy, and spicy flavor.
As the pickle ages, the lemon pieces soften beautifully, releasing a bold citrus punch balanced by deep, warming spices. Free from preservatives and artificial colors, this pickle is made in small batches to ensure authentic taste and quality.
